DYNOMENTS follows a no questions asked refund policy for all the products sold through this website. Please send an email to support@dynoments.com from your registered email address along with your order ID for a refund request.

Under no circumstances will a Refund be issued 14 days after your purchase date. This means that you have a period of 14 days to try the product and get a total refund. After the 14 days it’s not possible to collect a refund.
